2020 MONTANA BASEBALL ACADEMY
IN 2020 MONTANA BASEBALL WILL BE ADDING AN ACADEMY TO THE PROGRAM. WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH TEAM CAL BASEBALL TO PROVIDE MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PLAYERS TO SHOWCASE AND TOURNAMENT EVENTS ALL ACROSS THE COUNTY. WE WILL ALSO HAVE TRYOUTS FOR OUR OWN TEAMS TO COMPETE AT THE CABA, USA BASEBALL, AND PG EVENTS DEPENDENT ON TRYOUT NUMBERS.
CAN ANYONE BE IN THE MONTANA BASEBALL ACADEMY?
Anyone can be in the Montana Baseball Academy INCLUDING RBI League, Legion, Babe Ruth, Little League, Travel Team, etc.
The Academy is designed to offer highly scouted events to players seeking to play college baseball.
The schedule is year round, so there are several events to choose from that will be outside your normal summer baseball schedule. Some coaches allow players to attend during the season too, so check with your coach to determine their policy on those events during the season.
What are the costs to play in a tournament?
Fees for Montana Baseball events:
1. 14U CABA in Miles City, MT - $500 per player, includes hotel, tourney fees, and coaches costs.
2. USA Baseball - Arizona - TBD for Age groups and price
3. Perfect Game -TBD for Age groups and price
How do I register for these events?
Once you attend a tryout hosted by Team Cal Baseball and Montana Baseball you will be invited to events throughout the year. A link will be sent to you directly by Team Cal Baseball.
Cost for Team Cal Baseball Events?
Team Cal Baseball fees - $30/month membership fees, $159/year for uniform, $105 - DeMarini Travel Polo, Wilson DriFit & Wilson Workout T (cash at event) - event costs are variable and are shown on Team Cal Baseball Website at www.teamcalbaseball.com
Players will be selected to attend events to go to within the year of membership. Team Cal Baseball will invite Academy players to those events directly.
